Let Chef Doug bring his passion and technique to your get together and enjoy some of the most delicious food you will ever have.

The rates are as follows: 

  • Chef Doug does the shopping and is reimbursed at the end of the event for ingredients and time spent in prep and shopping time.

  • A two hour class for two people is $200

  • An additional $50 dollars for each additional person.

  • A two hour class will include an entree and dessert.

  • More complex dishes may require more time, just let us know what dishes you want to learn about and eat and we will customize the time and cost accordingly.

AVAILABLE CLASSES:

  • Fresh pasta and Pomodoro with Roasted garlic confit infusion- All from scratch.

  • Italian Risotto with wild mushroom and sausage, just a little TLC for this dish and we’ll finish it with crispy sausage and mushrooms.

  • Prime NY Strip & Frites. Only the best Steak and secret Crispy French fries.

  • The Greatest ever Pizza Party Class and all the fixings.

Chef's Suggestion Menu

I love to cook with seasonal products, organic meat and dairy and enjoy educating my clients  on the health benefits of eating clean food. These are just some of our suggestions for your private in-your home cooking class.

Italian menu

STARTER:

  • Bruschetta with fresh basil, Burrata, tomatoes and capers, on top of grilled garlic bread with a Dijon honey vinaigrette 

MAIN:

  • Risotto with wild Mushrooms, Italian sausage or both, topped with a lemon dressed arugula salad.

  • Risotto with Mushrooms and seared scallops.

  • Our legendary fresh Pommodoro and fresh pasta with an infused Extra virgin olive oil of Basil, and Garlic confit finished with a touch of butter and parm.

  • ~ Vegetarian/Vegan Our Pommodoro and Risotto can be made for vegetarians or vegans..

DESSERT:

  • A chocolate Ganeshe or wild berry lemon Tart

In case of dietary restrictions, I will accommodate them, whether you or people in your party are vegetarian, vegan, gluten-free, dairy free or have other preferences. We will always check-in with you about dietary wishes during the booking process and tell you what subs we have in mind.

American comfort menu

STARTERS:

  • Sausage roll, crispy sausage with Mozz and parm baked in bread.

  • Wild greens and fennel salad with homemade garlic bread croutons and a champagne vinaigrette.

MAIN:

  • Roast chicken with a crispy fried rice

  • The Classic steak and Frites, prime beef seared to crust, with a twist, and the crispiest French fries with garlic aioli for dipping.

  • Fish tacos- Fresh grilled fish, fresh butter sautéed sweet corn, fresh guacamole, dressed tomato salsa, caramelized peppers and onions, fresh lime crema, a creamy slightly sweet Cole slaw, crispy Tortillas.“The Best fish tacos on the planet”

DESSERT:

  • A fresh lemon raspberry tart with homemade whip cream

  • Chocolate ganache pie with fresh cream

CHEF DOUG'S FANCY PIZZA PARTY:

  • Will make garlic confit, we’ll Sauté mushrooms with wine and butter, will get our Italian sausage nice and crispy, we’ll caramelize the onions together, will cook some delicious red sauce, fresh burrata, we might even get crazy and make a roasted garlic parm béchamel, it will be an interactive Pizza making class, but fancy and so much fun.
