For more than two decades, I’ve dedicated myself to studying the best chefs and restaurants in the world, the kitchens they cook in and learning my own proprietary technique to extract flavor from the ingredients.
My journey started in New York where my Italian roots run deep in a town known for its Italian food and grocers. I learned that great food can make people happy and create relationships. Food is my vehicle to learn more about the people I cook for.
I offer casual to upscale dining in the comfort of your home or catering for your next party/event-all with the same technique, detail and passion that I’ve learned over many years of cooking. My goal is to take the stress out of simultaneously hosting and cooking and allow you to be present with your guests.
Whether it’s a quiet dinner or larger celebration, I handle the details so you can focus on the important stuff like connecting with your guests. The meal you present will always be more important to your guests and part of the memories made of that day••memories that are a reflection of you, and I will make sure they are memorable delicious ones.
