For more than 2 decades, I’ve dedicated myself to studying the best chefs in the world, the kitchens they cook in and learning my own proprietary techniques to extract flavor from excellent ingredients.

Creamy Lentil Bean Soup stewed with local smoked ham, served with roasted garlic confit on toasted French baguette.

Wild Arugula and Fennel Salad with a lemon vinaigrette and shaved Parmesan.

Classic Caesar Salad from scratch with homemade crispy garlic croutons.

Fresh romaine and mixed green combination, roasted crispy eggplant, Roasted chic peas, crispy salami, Provolone and Mozz, pepperoncini, with house made crispy garlic confit croutons, all tossed and chopped in a dijon lemon vinaigrette.

Main Dishes

Pot Roast & Gravy

Tender Slow Cooked Pot Roast and gravy, seared chuck and veges then stewed in the oven for five hours until fork tender.

Coq Au Vin

A slow cooked chicken stew, Chicken thighs cooked in homemade stock, tomato, red  wine, leaks, garlic, carrots, for 3 hours then  served with pan drippings over creamy mash potatoes

Sausage & Mushroom Risotto

Traditional Italian Sausage and mushroom Risotto topped with lemon dressed arugula and Fresh Parm.

We hired Chef Doug & Co for a private dinner with 7 of our closest friends this month. It was FABULOUS! We chose an Italian cuisine which he prepared in our kitchen. Several of the guests love to cook so at times it turned into a cooking class😊. The aromas were divine and the taste even better! He served an Italian chopped salad, chicken piccata, and his “special” rice. To top it all off we celebrated a birthday and he made a chocolate ganache tart with fresh whipped cream. Needles to say most of us indulged in seconds of EVERYTHING! We will definitely use Chef Doug & Co again. Doug offers very reasonable pricing. He’s professional, fun, and an all-around wonderful person. We highly recommend him for your next event.
